Jonathan was great in selling our house. He helped us understand the current state of the market a few months before we planned to sell, which helped us set realistic expectations and to create a plan. He gave us great advice on what to repair or replace to make the sale go more smoothly. He had a full marketing plan, which helped us to get a lot of early attention. We had an offer and 2 backups within about 10 days. Lastly, he was great during the negotiations, helping us to get a very good final price. I would work with him again. One thing I really appreciated was the team he had behind him, particularly Alison. She was a great communicator, answering our many many questions quickly and in great detail.
